Booking Policy
Casa Prana is managed by Vida Pinilla, the official hospitality and property management operator within Hacienda Pinilla,
providing professional hosting, guest services, and on-site support.
The rates are subject to a dynamic pricing tool sensitive to demand. Thus, prices can change without notice. The mentioned price does not include the Security Deposit.
Our Rental Conditions
We require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking, with the remaining 50% due 60 days prior to your arrival. For bookings made within 60 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid, minus a 5.8% processing fee. Cancellations made less than 60 days before check-in are non-refundable.
